My stay at Shinbashi Urban was perfect for my business trip. The location near a useful station made it convenient for me to travel around. The room, although small, was comfortable with working air-con and a shower. The staff, especially one particular member, were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas vacation, we stayed at a hotel that offered the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The rooms were small but cozy, with all the basic accessories we needed for our stay. What we liked the most was the location; it was only a few minutes walk to the nearest station, which made commuting to tourist spots super easy. Plus, the hotel was situated in a nice area for window shopping and street walk.
One thing we disliked was that not all the staff were comfortable with communicating in English, which caused some confusion during our stay. , the bathroom area was very small, and we had difficulty getting comfortable in it.
